Quotation carbon copy book

Has anyone got a template for a a5 quotation book that i can edit to suit my needs please.

My Target is to create a carbon copy quotation book with three carbons one copy for the customer , one for inserting details into round software & one for backup left attached to the booklet.

Is it worth it for the cost mate?  Could you not just get an email of booking confirmation that you could send as soon as they have accepted your quote?

Have it setup from a separate email address such as booking@eritchwc.co.uk and just copy it into ur main account but have an auto forward on so it goes into a separate folder?

I just need to sort out a fail safe system for quoting so all contact details are ect are not shredded by mistake like i did to day, then have to spend 1 hr taping the bits together to get the details back  :D :D
