recently i've had a few custys move house, every single house i've knocked on the door spoken to the new owner (or tenant) and they have accepted my services,
a couple who moved locally have asked me to clean there new house and i've picked up a neighbour too,

if your custy moves always knock the door and speak to the new owner 9 times out of ten you will get them on your books

I just carry on as normal when a customer moves, 9 times out of 10 the new owners want the service...i also knock on all newly bought houses and do the same...works a treat and is how i pick up my best priced properties.
