for those that use aworka...settings
« on: October 13, 2013, 10:42:21 am »
i am trying to work out the best settings to use for monthly customers.

I am finding that jobs are bunching together on certain days and a lot of it has to do with the settings,

In the Planner section:
On "allowed days" i have opted for MON - FRIDAY and in the planner section  were it says "re plan from" i have opted for "last job date".

does anyone do it differently, i have asked Chris and he as provided some info but thought i would ask those that use it out in the field

cheers bob

We allow all days.  If you have to work a weekend for any reason it stops the problems of overlapping and if you don't it doesn't make any difference.

That's provided you plan multiples of a week, not dates in a month.

chris has advised doing 4 weekly and treating like a monthly schedule so will be returning to this way
