The problem with the neoprene gloves I find is that they stink really bad after a bit. They keep the water out OK but no good at keeping your hands warm.
Want to use something decent this year.
Not sure what kind of neoprene gloves you have been using, but the whole point of them IS to keep your hands warm, and in my experience, that is what they do. As for the smell, yes they can get a bit smelly, but that is the same with most waterproof gloves, especially if not breathable, but it is easy enough to clean them.
But, they don't necessarily keep your hands dry (some do, some don't, I think it depends on what kind of neoprene), and the ones I used were prone to tearing on the pole clamps. I do like the look of those diving ones though, might give them a try myself.
