Yesterday, one of my lovely customers parked her car behind my van. Me and my colleague were cleaning a row of terraces and didn't see her parking.
Returned to the van to see both reels crushed under the rear bumper of the van 
Knocked on her door and she knew what had occurred but acted like it was my fault. Mad d woman. Her car is only three years old but covered in scrapes and dents. Not happy.

Both reels still work although bent here and there. Scrape on bumper and generally p off. She is one of those women who just can't park at all. Plus she is slightly mental. Blamed me and her neighbours? She was the only moving vehicle and the space was big enough for two cars. Just bizarre.
