How many thousands? Over what period?

Should get one or two enquiries but sometimes it's a blank and as been said can take months before a customer rings up our record is 15 months  :o

It's too much to take in. If we tried a similar leaflet drop here I doubt we'd get any takers. People would look at the vast array of services and conclude it was suspect at best, though the description and card support might swing it. People here seem to be interested in one person for one job - however good you may be. Once people know you, then they are much more likely to use your other services - Well that's West Dorset anyway !

we started off dedicated carpet & upholstery then we moved on to more services and due to customers asking for window cleaning we advertised it like this we have no issues getting other services but windows seem to be very difficult

It might that people just want a window cleaner - and that's not a bad reflection on you, just people's perception.

I guess best way is to just design a leaflet dedicated for window cleaning

Not to start a war Andy, but i respectfully disagree.
I used to think the same way but found it worked better focussing on windows.
I stopped doing pressure washing (for all but very established customers) and pushed windows a bit more. revenue increased.
Just my opinion though

It's just the internet. Try not to worry.

One thing I always put on my leaflets is my address.

The way I see it is you are asking people to phone you up and invite you to their home. They are more likely to trust you if they know where you live.

Just my two cents.
