how do you calculate the cost of consumables if the client wants it incorporated into the contract?

If they want it inclusive within your pricing you need to work out how much they will use for each product and include this in your quote, otherwise give them a separate price list for consumables and charge them each time you supply them.

33.33% mark up standard that is what I charge
