decided to take my aqua dapter off my xtreme 18 pole and stick the gooseneck back on, was like taking a brick off the end of the pole, had enough of the extra weight, and realised im actually faster without it, they really need to bring out a new one which is half the size and weight
I'm still on triggers - weight, what there is of it, is at the base of the pole and let go and the water stops. Still looking for the down side - haven't yet found it...
scrimble they have brought one out thats even lighter!its called the AD MK3 XL.

The extreme poles are a work of art and well through about. Why would you want to put something on the end of it lol
For normal domestic (ground floor and first floor) I prefer the ease of turning the water flow off and on and feel the weight is not that much of an issue. The only time the extra weight is noticeable is when the pole is stretched near horizontal over a conservatory roof.
scrimble they have brought one out thats even lighter!its called the AD MK3 XL. I wont be taking mine off as it will just slow me down faffing about disconnecting pole hose or searching for the pole tap!I LOVE MINE!
