Trouble is on this forum, when someone puts a post on that seems to be doing well (like Approved has posted), too many people become seriously jealous or try to belittle whatever the person is offering.

Not all people on here clean odd houses (which there is nothing wrong with that) they clean commercial premises and invest lots of time, energy, money etc, in building relationships with potential clients, and generally trying whatever it takes to better themselves.

Then when they have work in other areas and seek to find out who may be interested, along comes the stupid and clever comments 

No wonder half the bigger window cleaners have got off this forum, or just don't attempt to comment

I think the question from the OP was a genuine enquiry, but like it or not, there are one or two that come on her to tell us about huge contracts, refer to their business as we, state they offer national coverage but aren't yet VAT registered. I am sometimes tempted to have a little giggle at such people.

I agree what your saying regarding some on here, and to be honest the ones on here that are big set ups, hardly comment now which is a shame, due to the fact when they do post things like what the OP asked, they get looked on by narrow minded people, who are small fry.

Approved has been very good with me, and certainly knows the business very, very well, for which I hope to do business with him now, and in the future.
