Extreme poles - what's the difference?
« on: July 30, 2013, 12:33:34 pm »
What's the difference between the 'new' extreme pole and the ones in their sale?
Old style clamps maybe?

Thinking of maybe buying new to replace one I already have.

i think its just the clamps mate.i have a 47 extreme that was bought in the sale with the old clamps and a new extreme 25 that has the new clamps.both poles are exactly the same apart from the clamps.

why dont you just buy a clamp kit for your old extreme?i think you can get them cheap if you ve bought the pole in the last few years.itll breathe new life into it thats for sure! ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

I already have the new clamps fitted by Gardiners.

Just deciding if it's viable to sell the pole for maybe half the new price and buying brand new. I normally replace the top two sections or sometimes three when they wear out. It still has life in it yet.

HI Dave

The only difference with the ones in the sale (Xtreme35, Ext35, Ext44, Xtreme44 & Xtreme47(only 1 left)) is that they have the old style clamps.
