you have big plans but no motivation?i think you would be better contacting dave morris  if you want some advice/motivation or someone else who has built very successful large window cleaning businesses up if you have big plans.

why havent you got motivation?its the key ingredient you need when your self employed.without it you wont get anywhere! ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

Sometimes something as simple as reading/finding out about someone elses success and welth and the way they go about it is all that is needed to get the kick up the bum to go out and do it..
As rocky balboa said"it aint about how hard you can hit, its about how hard you can get get hit but keep moving forward".

I find quotes like that help me stay focused!. And the fact i have a daughter with expensive tastes lol.

You can download Jim Rohn stuff online and burn it to cd to listen to in your van. He's died now, but was a legend in the American business world. Best business stuff I have ever heard.

2 guys are canvassing for work. One has a success ratio of 1 out of 10. The other gets 9 out of 10. They have a competition and the guy who gets 1 out of 10 wins. How? Jim Rohn explains how to do it. It's brilliant! :)
