Has anyone come across this as a variation to an existing commercial contract they have in place?
Today I received an email from a company I have a contract with asking me to fill out the various forms as im being enrolled into their pension scheme automatically if eligible.
Apparently this is becoming law and you have to be enrolled to opt out.
