I once run my 1400 watt paddle mixer of a 750 watt generator, I had to start it off slow though and sometimes cut out when the mix was heavy, but just kept resetting it, it got me through the job... the things we do to get by sometimes  ;D

Assume you have 2 or 3 vac motors turn them on in stages at startup..  as said should be ok.

Not recommended at all at all at all.
3.7kva gennie 2.96kw output and you want it to run a 3kw machine. 2.96 is not 3. It will trip out,die young and you`ll become an alcoholic!
