Offering 'full valets'
« on: June 29, 2013, 01:51:05 pm »
Anyone else offer 'full valets' to their customers?

Obviously the majority of us clean gutters fascias etc.

I'm now designing some new flyers which will offer the customer the following:

-Windows cleaned inside and outside
-Guttering cleared
-Gutters/fascias/soffits/downpipes cleaned
-Conservatory roof cleaned
-Conservatory windows cleaned inside and outside

Prices START from £149.00 (for example)

I've never seen a window cleaning company actually offer 'full valets', so am gonna give it a whirl.

Yes we offer full valets on houses its not something that comes along every day of the week as they are not cheap, well worth adding as another service

I've nev

I could be wrong but the company who run Grippatank also have a window cleaning side and they do it were their customer pays lets say £30.00 a month and get there windows cleaned monthly but that costs lets  say £10.00 and then once or twice a year you get the conny cleaned and your fascias etc cleaned because you have paid the extra £20 for so many months

no i dont offer "full valets" and i dont plan on offering them anytime soon!!maybe outside valets but not inside as well!! ;D ;D ;D

am i the only guy who HATES cleaning inside windows?i do relent on a few large posh houses and the odd old dears inside kitchen windows but thats it!

inside conny roofs are a pain as well.i hate them more than inside windows so always turn them down!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

give me regular maintenance window cleaning any day and the odd conny roof/fascia/soffit/solar panel clean!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

gutter clearing off a ladder is another job that i dont offer anymore.i really cant be bothered risking my neck up a ladder.
price higher/work harder!

we push for these, we did one the other day and also pressure washed two separate patio areas and a garden path, customer was well pleased, we often get positive comments about the fact we offer more than just window cleaning.
