Never turn work down.
Price it to make it worth your while.
Turn up really early so there's no (or little) traffic.
Stick a high vis on, put a couple of cones out.
Bosh. $ in your hand.

Do it early enough & there won't be any traffic-commercial so it'll be empty.
Charge top top dollar cause no-one else will do it.
Put cones out-no one argues with cones.

Yeah, solicitors ain't short of a few quid are they?!
£50 a month. Every month. If they say no-who cares. If they come back in a few months cause they can't get them done make it £60.
Jobs you don't really want, really have to be worth your whole doing them.

I wouldn't want to work off a ladder in the road, at any time.
You'd have to close the road for me, Bobby.

Direct the traffic round your ladder with the arrow on the paper, held up by the big hand.
