I went to the franchise show a couple of years ago and presented myself to several franchisors as a bloke with an upcoming redundancy package and a desire to work hard, run my own business but a bit scared of the jump, etc, etc.  All the things a franchisor might want to hear.

Spoke to probably about twenty franchisors, including Jim's Mowing.  Received a response from two, not including Jim's Mowing.

So, unless they have upped their game, I won't be losing any sleep.

Vin.

PS. Responses I did receive were from a conny cleaning specialist just starting franchising - they were excellent -  plus a misspelt, badly worded pile of rubbish from someone expecting me to invest £44,950.
