Moved towns - building round again

Moved towns not long ago, starting to re build a round, hard going at moment. Noticed couple of window cleaners locally! ah well leafleting and door knocking here i go.

Good luck i sold my business 3 years ago regreted it 3 years later started again in jan this year and up to 2000 every 4 weeks so far lol

stockport is pretty saturated with window cleaners, myself included.  good luck to ya but the only thing i'd ask is keep your prices high, it helps us all out.  dont go under cutting

Ha ha i did think that but it wasnt very clear ha ha .

I only been going 12 months myself mines only worth 1200 at the minute every 4 weeks but thats cus i keep dumping them after 2 strikes lol .

Lol ive only had to drop 2 i get loads of work from face book but not my friends list i been getting about 5 a week are u on face book??

Yeah i get a few from facebook but ive found that the work can be here there and everywhere but i just canvass around the area when i get a job from fb .

Ive joined 6 sites related to fb called buy sell swap or buy sell give away ect in my area and although as u said a little dotted about it comes together at some point its generated alot of work for me but u get the odd idit like last week offering a full house window clean and grass cut for £15 wtf lol

Mate theres 1 guy round my end advertising on fb doing 4 bed detqched houses gutters soffits fascias and a full window clean after for £15 .

I just let them get on with it tbh id rather not compete at all 2ith those idiots .

how do you get £2000 worth of work in 6 months?
im onto nearly my 2nd year Started with a van and nothing more....ive only just hit the £1400 a month mark:|...

you need to canvass and post flyers, 1400 in 6 months is not good enough, i've picked up over £200 of monthly work this week!

Best thing i do is drop cards or flyers giving a price on if there not in then go back another day i just hit a large new housing estate ive canvased it 4 times now each time getting new work also face book and stuff i want to be at 3000 a month by oct lol
