Had a call from Steve this morning thanking us for a excellent job at the weekend, the word spotless was used, and the best detail clean to date. They were impressed by our methods and equipment we used

This will obviously set us in a good position for future works with their expanding research centres.

However now we have set our bar so high we must continue with this high standard.

Can you please thank your team for a excellent job, and I will thank them on Saturday/Sunday this weekend.

I have asked Steve if he will send us a testimonial for the work.

we all got a pat on the back and not just a star but a gold star 
cant give you a list of equipment as its top secret (but if you promise not to tell it was lots of microfibre, some hoovers and lots of elbow grease, rember not to tell anyone though  , as for high standards normal service can now resume, we only do high standards once a quarter
