Dental surgery risk assessment help please

Just got a Dental surgery inside/out windows ect and need to do a risk assessment has anyone got one i could have a look at to make sure i have all the angles covered please.  :-* :-*

I got ms and ra but not for dentist so u may need to alter a few things will email later today or early tomorrow morning

Stay away from sweets and fizzy drinks brush your teeth in the morning, before bed and after meals and you should be ok.
