Is there a premium charged for cleaning at height. Am talking fourth floor Georgian at 50 foot.

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October total= cleaned extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £ so far.

50ft isn't a problem-you could do that all day long.
It's the Georgian that'll be a PITA. Spiders in the corners will be a pig!
Add Upto 100% for first clean I'd say. It should already be keenly priced.

I charge extra for top floor of 3 storey town houses so you want maybe £3.00 per window of course this also depends on size of window .
If you think every floor you go up it gets a bit more difficult to clean windows and control the pole , So you want more money for the extra time and work involved . Mike

Thanks for the replies. It was just as i thought. Double on first clean and then a premium per floor up. Not worried about the georgian bit. Thats just a what you get living in bath
