[H20cleaning]

i posted last month about been happy to gain 16 new customers since january....
this week i have picked up 4 well paid jobs for cleaning 1 x a month
so basicly since january i havent hardly had time to leaflet or any form of advertising, and i have added £300 for every month!! i am so happy as last summer wasnt to good for me.
i forgot to mention how many extras i have been getting aswell!!!!
anyone else noticing a massive increase in demand this year ?

aye when the sunshines they all want cleaned. you always get a lot off one off cleans at this time of year which i dont mind as a lot are big houses. extra£££££

i advertise one off cleans however i very rarely get any response! if i do i go in at 3x the normall monthly price and explain that from as little as££££ you can have it cleaned all year round. And 9/10 they come on board:)

I have more or less stopped one offs now. I will quote a silly price over the phone sometimes. I just can't be bothered with them.

I used to hate one offs, but now price them at a ridiculous rate, approx 4- 5 times what I would charge for a regular clean, and amazingly I get most of them!! ))

I lost a lot end of last year but picked it all up by last month .. Found £500 a month and most of it local which is a nice change, sign of thing easing financially ? Or are we just recession proof?
