I think the important info is number of houses, so ou work an average price,
For me everything ha to be over £12 minimum, otherwise not feasible.
Also, check some of the work carefully,
I mad hat fatal error of accepting on face value....
Came to cleaning, half of houses had connies which I had no been told were included.....
All cash sounds like bull to me..... Unless he's spending another few Eve's a week collecting.....
Jeez....why collect?
