Well according to that good old English hymn 'We Plough the Fields and Scatter' God most certainly controls the weather; the wind and the waves too:

He's a bit of a gimp doing those recent tsunamis that killed hundreds-of-thousands of folk in 1994 and 1911.

If you by the last 13 months, Scotland and the SE have changed climates.

To make it worse, Scotland yet again may well end up having the best weather in Europe for the rest of this month.

Down here in the south, we will be having a very unusual event which hasn't happened in 39 years. Low air pressure normally goes from left to right across the south. Towards the end of the week, there will be an area of low pressure going from right to left.

The weather has definitely gone wierd.
