Call me a cynic.
But the only way that this can pay is if they do a house clearance on the day that the customer is out enjoying their winning ticket!!
That's after they have cased the property and selected the winner.

We've lost a couple of jobs to these guys around Huyton. As far as i'm aware that £2.50 price is when you have them done weekly. Also they advertise on their leaflet as 'cleaning with poles so no need for ladders' ,they also advertise they dry the windows off, they don't appear to have a van and seem to run off a Harris type pole with a squeegee on the end and it hooks up to the customers tap. Thats what i've seen anyway. And the houses they are actually doing (or the ones i seen them do) are not small council type houses, they're big houses.

People near me are doing 3 bed semis for £4
Teams of 3 or 4 working out of an old Escort.
Saw another duo the other day one carrying the ladder another a small a frame ladder and a plastic bag full of scrims.
Watched them and they took ages and had no idea how to trad properly.
I felt like giving them some advice till I thought better of it ;D

Roby road, but i checked out his other adverts on guntree and he's advertising  childwall, aigburth, allerton etc..... You won't laugh to loud watching them work, the pair of them are big and i mean big !!!  ;D ;D  Mind you, after trying to earn a living at £2.50 a pop they'll soon be a rake like me ! ;D ;D
I got some of their leaflets and i'm going to photocopy them and post them in areas where i don't like the window cleaners and then just sit back and watch  ;D ;D
