For those of you on Checkatrade, would you mind answering the following questions please?

1. Is it a lot of hassle to get registered?
2. How much does it cost?
3. Do you get jobs through their website?
4. Do customers really care you are registered with them?

For those of you on Checkatrade, would you mind answering the following questions please?

1. Is it a lot of hassle to get registered? Easy, just need a few customer recommendations and one of their reps comes and interviews you and checks you have PL insurance (and takes payment if you want to go for it). Although it's an ongoing thing where you need to put a certain amount of feedback cards out and get customers to return them
2. How much does it cost? About £670 a year inc vat
3. Do you get jobs through their website? Not as many a s I would like, but is good reference point for potential customers
4. Do customers really care you are registered with them? As above, customers can check you out and see what people think of you and your work
