I've had simmilar feeling on most of the rounds that I have bought.  My only advise is to give the work 2 or 3 cleans to find out how long it takes and how lucrative the job is.  All your worries will be either confirmed or forgotten about by then.

Also from past experience, My gut feeling when pricing these jobs tends to be roughly there or even well priced these days, just give it some time, if you find it unworkable sub it out or ditch it.

Problem solved.

Part of the problem yesterday was that the residents of these housing association flats don't like us cleaning them at weekends because they like a lie in,

I've spoken to the caretaker there in the past and not one of them have got a job, so it boils my blood when talking to them about their lie in time. We also clean the stairwells internally so have to buzz to get in and with it being 11am the majority of the residents were still in bed.

Its all good fun though,

I've got today and tomorrow off to let the windows based anxiety to subside. Ha.

Drinking is nice though James,

I see you're based in Exeter mate,

We were down there 2 weeks ago cleaning the Uni,

We love the place and stop down in Dawlish when working in the city.

James,

On a serious note, do you use an RO down there or just run from DI?

We need to fill up fast with it being a large site so just fill straight into the tank and use the DI to purify the water.

What is your TDS? About 80ppm?

We are around 300ppm up on Stoke so we have to use RO then DI from our base,

Cheers,

Dean.
