I just got a one shot remote and am really impressed so far, it has a fair range even when not in eye shot of the van.

i thought it had to in line sight??
can you use it if say you were in the back of the house can you just point and aim

The one shot ultimate that gardiners sell is pretty good, can be around the back of a house, even round the back of a house a couple of doors down from your van

The thing i dont like with remote is you have a fob to hold, also batteries, and switching off between windows you lose water pressure as wait till pump builds up pressure again.

well first day back using the new mark 3XL AD and ive gotta say im impressed.it took about half the day to get used to the extra weight as id been using my poles with no aqua-daptors on at all for a few months.

nice smooth action and effortless to use generally.i didnt order the lightweight screw thread adaptors but ordered some now so they should reduce weight even more by about 30 grams when they arrive.

they fit much more snug on the end of my poles and dont come loose.the new v2 carbon gooseneck adaptors are great as well.effortless and easy to swap goosenecks/resi necks etc.nice piece of kit.

yes i agree they are expensive but my working day was a lot smoother today and i saved a bit of water.

all in all i think ive made a good choice!its better than keep bending down looking for pole tap or pinching the hose! ;) :) :)
