Fogging...
« on: April 30, 2013, 04:55:13 pm »
After watching the demo on Fogging at the TACCA event last Saturday, I am now interested in getting some training / qualification / certification, in using the process does  anybody know of any practical training courses ?

I think it was John Kelly ? who gave the demo .

cheers

Paul.

I'm sure if you buy one off John he will tell you all you need to know and more. They pay for themselves very quickly.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

You don't need a training course. Be a waste of time as you could learn all you need in half an hour. I have literature on 429 if anyone wants it. Be finalised tomorrow.

Yes please

Don’t forget to advise who ever buy one to inform local fire brigade. I can remember Steve S having to pay for 3 tenders

One thing people should realise it will be commercial customers who will require this service, hotels, doctors surgeries, dentists, vets etc. Don't just think you can call in or send them a mail shot and they'll snap your hand off.
It takes at least 7 attempts before the average commercial customer will even have you on their radar. Some marketeers believe its around 20 before they will use your services.
You have to plug away using various media, personal call, fliers, email.
One tip if calling leave them a couple of spotter bottles with your details on. That tends to get people at least asking who they were from and what did they want.
