I would superglue a £1 coin to the pavement about 10ft away from him.
Wake him up and then casually gesture towards the golden booty.  ;D

Just show him some soap and water, and he will soon be off up the street.
if it is dirty it is fair game

Offer him a cigarette and when he starts to smoke it, point to the 'No Smoking' on the window and tell him he'll have to smoke it somewhere else.
If you don't smoke, just stand on him to reach the top of the obstructed window.

Nope, I definately would not have woken him.

I would have left that one window.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

I would offer to give him a fiver if he moved along, if he agreed, I would give him six quid just to be happy to help him in any way I could.

If you give him a fiver he will spend it on booze.

If you touch him, that is assault.

Get the cops to move him on.
