Broken reel fittings HELP

Though out the day today my Rectus 26 elbow on my hose reel was becoming sticky and twisting the 8mm hose up  >:( every time i was walking the hose round the backs it just kept wrapping its self up...
Now the rectus elbow has jammed up and don't spin.... Anyone no how to fix it for tomorrow's work pleassssse the reels 1 week old

Should of stuck with my trolley system never had issues in 3 yrs  :(

Hi Avo, the only thing I can suggest is get a new one. I don't know why it's stuck, they should last for ages. it is one of those things though that you need to keep as a spare just in case.

take it off, take out the washer from it and put it in some warm water, give it a clean out and then try it after that, might have some bits caught it in.

mine is harder to turn in the morning untill the hot water starts running through it, then it turns with no problem
