I bought one

Mainly to get my good wife off my case about not cleaning the windows.

She absolutely loves it and I have to say it does a great job on the insides, still need to cloth the edges. She has took it outside on the downstairs and they are fine.

I think it was a sound investment.

I tell you what mate i was going to do a post on it.

I am glad you have because I think it does a cracking job, you should get an hour off a charge and for any internal windows - where you need to collect the water and not drip it is spot on.

I doubt you'll be disappointed

Once you've mastered, can you try to clean the inside of a glass conservatory roof and post your results please?
I really fancy trying it upside down as i have a job that is a pain in the arse now!

I know custards that swear by these but a wagtail is cheaper, quicker and makes hardly any mess. Why Would a window cleaner buy something that makes his life harder?

Used to hate interior jobs until I got a couple of these.
Done 2 large conservatories today in a quarter of the time I used to take.
Good points
You don't have to worry about spilling water on interior cleans.
No dirty water dripping onto the paintwork.
I find that I can put more solution on the glass so I don't have a problem with the glass
drying out before removing it. { Conservatory interiors can be a nightmare on a hot day }
Only needed one 400 by 400 microfiber to do both conservatories today.
I like gadgets so its fun to use.
Bad points.
You only get 20 mins on a full charge that's why I have 2 vacs.
Wont run when plugged into mains.
You still need to microfiber the edges.
No benefit on exterior cleans.

to be truthful with u all i tried one out and i fort that it was brilliant and its not like the good old trad way i no and i fort what a load of crap when it first came out but once i gave it ago i changed my view on this its a good buy and its not about what looks good its about making £££££ and its clean and quick. time means money so i say buy one.

what do you use then? normal t-bar and bucket but instead of the squeegee, you use the karcher?

Damp t- bar on belt bucket.
Solution in spray bottle.
Spray the glass rub with damp t- bar and karcher off.

Might be a good idea to wear something like this while you're using that house wife gadget.

I think it makes you look really professional   It may be a good idea to learn how to clean windows in future though.
