Muff? They are good, but not that good.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Not really sure what I should be looking for Paul,I need something that is able to do the average size 4 bed house,to take care of smoking smells and pet smells.
There are quite a few on e bay, that one looked the most up to the job.

They also do a more powerfull one thats a bit more pricey, but either will do the job for what you want . As long as they are genuine machines that is and not poope.
Dont forget that a karcher puzzi is a pro carpet cleaning machine ( in their marketing) :D

Worth a punt at that price, just ordered one. I'll let you know the verdict when it arrives.

Ask the cost of replacement plates and if they can be replaced. They sometimes fail and in the past I have tried to get machines fixed and it was easier to buy a new one.

Ash
I always find muff breakdown much harder after a kick in the balls, so I hope your Mrs does nt read this post.
Muff breakdown, I have often considered adding this to my list of services on my sites can anybody see any pitfalls?

I did e mail the seller asking about replacement plates, but she didn't really know what I was talking about.
Not really up on how they work myself, anyone care to go into a bit more detail,so sort of galvanic process where a current is passed through some plates ?
I know my mate had a galvanic isolator on his barge, but the one next to where his was moored had dodgy electrics and it stripped the paint off his in under a year !!

Ok ordered it on the 17th of April via eBay and received on the 25th April via Parcel Force. It was well packaged the photo’s will tell the rest. So unpacked and installed the ceramic plates as required, also removed the supplied continental plug and replaced with UK 3 pin plug. Plugged in and all is fine!!! I am comparing this to a machine I had that was 3x the size, the smell of ozone Im getting from this is massive compared to my old machine. I know that is no technical experiment but don’t have the means to test scientifically. First impressions are very pleasing… Would be interested on JK or others views on obtaining replacement plates? Manufacturer from what i can gather is www.computercars.pl I have a few friends in poland whom I will get to contact for details.
