Injectors/fuel rail diesel leak problems New
« on: April 07, 2013, 10:13:54 pm »
i have a vauxhall combo 1.3 diesel 2006

i have had to continuously replace one of the fuel injector pipes which connect to the fuel rail it keep peeing out diesel prob replaced this one particular part 4-5 times but have to buy complete set each time,

been told its not often the fuel rails go so any ideas what could be causing this one pipe to blow each time

prob gonna pick up second hand fuel rail just wondering if its something else causing it to blow in first place

I had something similar on a Courier diesel.  Turned out to be a rubber O ring somewhere (so the fitter told me).  Cost about 30p  ;D

one of lads is trained mechanic who works for me can get second hand fuel rail for below 50 quid just wondering if it something else causing it to keep blowing and not the fuel rail itself
