Evening all!

I'm fed up with keeping a diary, its taking to long
To update every as I'm just about  full with work,

So the time has come for round software and a
Tablet to go with it

The tablet will just be for work so no need for an iPad
As I have an iPhone and don't feel the need to buy
The same thing but bigger for £400

Blackbury and Samsung note books look good for the price
(Under£150)

So what's the best software?  Do you need 3G connection
To use it ? And any other questions that I haven't yet

Get a Nexus 7 ..... Mine is a beast!

Runs on android software.

WiFi only version can connect to any phone which can throw out a hotspot signal.... Plenty do these days.

I use for all work.... Email, CRM, data storage, notes, quotes etc

Yep, Google Nexus.

Anyone can change there company email to gmail so it works a treat on the gmail app.

Google drive can store letterheads templates etc and edit from there too... Send email quotes from the van! Can also edit and view Excel spreadsheets...

We are highly biased, however we have developed Buckit with a mobile version so that you can use it on most modern phones/tablets. You will need a 3G connection as it is web based but it starts at just £5 / month.

I've recently bought a google nexus 7. I bought the 32gb version so there is space for little 'uns disney films when we go on holiday. Very impressed with it so far and it beats the kindle fire HD in almost every review I found. The google play store is massive with loads of free content.

I'll be looking at adding some round software to it in the coming months aswell.

im old skool!

GEORGE one off fee £50 on laptop.£12 a year internet back up.

print off worksheets/invoices etc as and when before i start my working day.

update laptop when i get home in the evening when filling up my tank.

advantages?im not taking expensive electronic devices to work which could get damaged/stolen.i just get stuck in and work hard leaving the admin for when i get home.

nice and simple and cheap.very organised and efficient.

I have a HP notebook which runs George. I back up to dropbox automatically so never worry about loosing data.

The problem with any 'cloud' software is the need to remain connected and continual payments for the use of the program.
