where can i buy the little y shaped connector that connects the hose to the jets?iv got a phoneix glassfibre pole,mine snapped today

Most window cleaning suppliers stock them.
Or try a motorspares shop.

These things are very easily breakable so the better option is to change these for john guest fittings(see E bay)Also a lot easier to remove etc.
