Leaflet design
« on: April 05, 2013, 07:24:07 am »
Just came across this guy on TMF.

He is selling marketing designs which I think look really great at a very low price, $29 which I think is under £20

Hopefully this link will work

http://www.truckmountforums.com/threads/new-post-card-flyer-designs-5-templates.41139/

Anyone who is struggling designing a leaflet could do a lot worse than getting this guy to adapt his A5 design having it delivered as a jpeg then submitting it to a printer.

I might be reading it wrong mike but the design package is $99. the cheaper package requires you to use their printer

Looking at his website it says prices start at $29 so he must sell the design plus amendments at that price,  but I might buy the design just to have it on my computer for the future if I fancy a change.

I'll send him an email see what he quotes me

I emailed for a clarification of the price and Dan is correct, their reply.......

Hello Henry,

You are correct that I cannot create a custom design from start to finish for that price. For the $29 I customize a pre-made template with your logo and text content. For the $29 though you must do the printing with me which would not make sense for someone like you outside of the US due to shipping costs. If you wanted you could do our "design only" package which is $99 and you pick the template you want and I will customize for your business then send you the print ready files so that you can print with your local printer.

If you would like to get that rolling, send me over:

-the name of the template you want
-any text you want changed
-your logo

Once I receive all of that from you I will email you over an invoice that you can pay via paypal or credit card.

Hi Mike. I think I`m right in thinking you can use Photoshop. I wonder if he would sell them in PSD format, then you could edit them yourself. I`d be interested myself if the price was right.

I was going to order the first one in blue but I like them all apart from the black & green one  'ketterville'

if I was willing to take a chance I would use this one, I think it would suit the middle price range market

that's a hard question, in my gut I feel people like to see a price.... they know exactly were they stand.

if you price over the phone then I would give the special offer in £££s

I think putting price on will be make it like a telephone order line brilliant if you don't like selling but the response IMO will be less as there's not a lot for the customer to ask you, years ago mike did put prices on leaflets they were by his prices now cheap compared to 'the average' but I wonder what the return per 1000 or calls per drop were compared to now?

Why not print off what you see here. Take it to your local leaflet printing shop, and say I want a design just like that?

Or give it to someone high rated on fiverr and say the same thing.
