What exactly is the set up there? Are they a window cleaning company first and foremost? Then they took on Alex G's tank set up?

It does make you wonder when you don't get a response but they have the time to update their Facebook status!  ???  Very poor.

Sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with Grippa  I have always found them very good, and even when there's been a problem they've made every effort to sort it out for me with minimum impact on me.

It is a shame that some times people seem to come straight to this forum when they have a problem with a company.  I would only use it as a last resort if I had tried and gotten nowhere with a company, after days of trying...

I certainly would rather my own customers got in touch with our office if they were unhappy rather than going online and writing negative reviews

Different strokes for different folks Richard. At the end of the day I shouldn't have to wait days for a response especially after not even getting one ever after my last enquiry. I thought I'd give them another chance this time. In respect of my business and giving my opinion here, I wouldn't expect a prospective client to contact me without ever replying and I certainly would expect that she/he would tell others (via online or whichever) of the poor service they recieved. An open forum where bad customers but not bad suppliers are discussed, really?

I recieved a call from Oliver at Grippa today. Although I'm dissapointed with the delays, he was very helpful and keen to ensure me that poor customer service is not their intention and the email problems are down to an IT issue. Once we cleared the air he was very encouraging for Grippa and by the sounds of it of they will serve us well. Has anyone here used them yet for an installation?
