Plastic scraper on a a pole, request.
« on: March 28, 2013, 12:42:24 pm »
Anyone forward me to a plastic scraper that I can quickly attach to a pole for removing bird poo off glass and lichen off conservatory roof? Car scraper seems a good idea but want it to fit on pole.
Thanks

i use the unger ergotech 4in scraper in my pouch.fits nicely on my unger trad pole.it does come in handy for scraping paint off upper windows if too dangerous for using the ladder! ;) :) :)
price higher/work harder!

Will the Velcro not scratch the glass though? Why not just use the plastic scraper? (Only asking cos I need to sort one myself)

I use it when the glass is wet and it works a treat i have never had any problems if you touch a bit of velco it is very soft but rough enough to get that crap off. I found that the scraper was hard to use as it was very small

I use Gardiners poles as a rule but i heard some good things about facelift poles so I brought a 18ft everyday pole I am very impressed with it at the moment
