Up until now I have relied on strength at Glides to move furniture .
Strength is not what it was is there any other equipment as some Suites can be heavy

Have you tried the lift buddy? I bought mine from Restormate along with sliders, i used it the other day to help lift a piano for me to get sliders underneath! Yes a piano is out of the ordinary and it still took some effort getting it lifted, but for regular things like sofas and cabinets etc it lifts with ease

I use a Lift Buddy.
It was about £50-00, a lot I know, but if it saves my one and only back, which it does, its a bargain. The way I see it is it's just a small red wine or similar, stain removal cost and its paid for.
Im sure it came with the excellent sliders as well.
