Cleanersmate Question

I know I'm being thick but how do you print a job sheet on CM? You can print the calendar but that doesn't give you the job details, just the invoice value?

Hi Simon

There is a members forum to join if you want (it's at the bottom of the email you were sent). With a worksheet please see the tutorial here: http://www.carpetcleaningsoftware.co.uk/playappointments.htm Basically for the worksheet to show all job details i.e. name, address, phone, job details and price, then you need to create a quote or invoice first, and it will insert it all automatically for you.

There are lots of other tutorials available here: http://cleanersmate.co.uk/carpet_cleaning_software_tutorials.htm

Hope this helps!

There's a forum for that!

Create a report, and select the time period you want to select your customers from, then click 'merge', then on the pop up screen select 'export to csv'. Opent the .csv file up in Excel (or other spreadsheet program), press print, and Roberts your brothers mother.

Jim

Go to Marketing, then select the client type, then select a date range (from when you started - to today's date?) then click Merge. Then click Export to CSV, save it and print it out once it opens (you can remove columns you dont want to print).

There is the CM forum to ask questions if you prefer.

Cheers

Kev

Edit: Ash you type quicker than me!
