Big boys drive transits as they know a good van , whereas the vivaro is driven by.......... Well it's not really as a lot spend wayyyyyy to much time in the garage being repaired. Transits won't let you down and if they do they are cheap to fix and the parts are ten a penny, also more room in the cab and the van
Also the Transit will rust before your eyes!!
transits wont let you down !!!! i just scrapped a transit that i had for 8 weeks, paid three and a half grand for it, and something in the road hit the oil filter cap which is plastic and right at the bottom of the engine, all the oil dropped out and the engine seazed. not very reliable if you ask me, the van was fully serviced etc
Old Trafic/Vivaro/Primastar-1.9-crap. 2.5-mine was perfect to 90k odd.New ones-from what I hear 07on-pretty good.Lovely drive.Mines problem free (so far)You can't argue with the Transit being reliable though. Look what all the pikeys drive-they drive across the fields as much as on roads and still go!You will always have the odd van of any make turn out to be a pup though. It's a bit of pot luck with 2nd hand motors.
Hi chaps I need help deciding between a tranny SWB or vauxhall vivaro/renault trafic or even the lwb high top connect
