I don't think the filters will flush as its made of different material. The water is forced through the pre filter and then on through the ro in my system. Why do you ask ?

you have a tap you turn it until all the water goes to the waste and none is going into the tank this fushes your RO out , as for your pre filters they are just put in the bin every 6 months .

No. Just ur membrane gets a flush. How ever u can take them out and empty the cartridges of the water with the bits in. Just reinsert and flush away. Flush for as long as u can. I flush whilst filling so I flush for 5 hours every day.. 5 days

Just connect up as if your filling but open waste valve fully so all water goes to waste .

i ask because i didn't know the answer!

Sorry misunderstood as I thought you were having difficulties with your system. :o

Just to add a little bit of info on how I do mine. I don't touch the pre filter when I flush as I change them every 3 months anyway. Only cost a few quid. I do however, disconnect the pipe that that takes the water from the ro to the resin so as no nasty flushed water goes into the resin and uses it up. Resin will last longer that way. I set up a pipe 32mm of wast pipe and that goes down the drain with the flushed waste water.
Does that make sense?

As has been said just leave all the pre-filters where they are when flushing the RO. Do not, whatever you do, remove them when flushing as this will allow untreated water to go through the RO membrane which will destroy it very quickly.
