hi matt thank you very much for your comment but you should look at that van trader adds again they all are 1600lt engines and plus vat and come with no kit  inside how can you compare them with mine but good luck to you with your search anyway

Im thinking Peugeot Expert/Citroen/Fiat Scudo or VW Transporter or mercedes Vito at the mo.

Up to 10K is the budget. Ive got more but dont want to spend more than that; as a window cleaning vehicle thats plenty IMO.
