Well I just got a contact us email from my website from one of the hotels I emailed so its a lead lets hope I can convert Yes yes yes

The main thing is you have on your computer now and especially with commercial you have to catch them the right time, which means communicating fairly regularly, without being a PITA.

When i send out marketing letters, I follow up by giving them a telephone call a few days later, but not so much these days, as there is only so much work you can fit in and any one week

Well Garry when your looking at the long email address on 1 page then clicking back to your email and typing in then then having to put the subject. I can't copy and paste everything cause i already have what i'm gonna say copied.

Well got a job from a letting agent a right minger and that same letting agent just called me to quote a full house so a few hours emailing a couple of jobs and hopefully alot more. Not heard off the hotel though i rang twice and the guy was in meetings i dont want to keep pestering so iv'e emailed him again to contact whenever he sees fit.

Catching them at the right time is the key and, as we all know, it's so easy just to press delete.  A while ago I sent out maybe thirty emails and an estate agent came back to me and I ended up cleaning half a dozen of their shops.
