Lol, yeah very annoying. Have they an history of 'leave it for nows', or are they usually regular? The answer to this question usually helps me determine my course of action!   ;D

i usually let it go twice then theyre history on the third strike.  often they ramp up the "not this time" with "money troubles " added for effect   ,  the 3rd strike is usually within 3 months of number 2strike  .

WFP for 7 years - customer usually fine, no bad history, pays well but customer is a bit of a pain. Wouldn't normally rattle me but having a bad week and could gave done without.

it doesnt happen often on my round but if a customer does say this to me then i explain that rain wont affect the clean.if they are adamant they dont want them cleaned i dump them straight away and never go back regardless of how  good the job is.

if they wont fit in with my schedule of work then im afraid its goodbye as i dont run around after customers and let them mess my round up.simple. ;D ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

When first starting up I never cleaned in the rain so was always
late and got complaints.
Started to clean in the rain, now always on time but still get complaints
for cleaning in the rain.
You just cant win in this game.

So may as well clean in the rain John  ;) We do when it suits us, but I hate working and getting wet. In all the years I've been in this game, I don't think I've ever had more than a few moans but no cancellations.  ???

Totally agree Chris,
Hard to make a living in this game unless your prepared to work
in all weathers.
