extractor fans in glass units
« on: March 06, 2013, 10:37:44 pm »
I just picked up a few houses on a new build site , all these have a extractor fan fitted in the kitchen window .
Theres 2  smaller windows above the kitchen window that when you clean them the drips go inside the extractor and on to the worktops how can you prevent this ?

The upstairs windows cant be done trad as theres no room to put a ladder theres only 2 ft between the house wall and a 5 ft fence . I do trad the window with the fan in but the problem is the water running down the walls then on to the window with the fan , im having to use a lot of water as these are new builds that are really filthy .

if you have staff get one of them to stand under the window with an umbrella! ;D ;D ;D ;D

if the waters getting in through the fan cant you stuff a cloth in it while you clean upstairs to stop the water getting in?
