Richard.

I'm in the process of designing leaflets too - though I haven't got very far yet.  What I've done is to save some of the junk mail that comes throughh my door and examined it to see what works and what doesn't.  I now have a few ideas that I am attempting to get down on paper.  Junk mail can be useful sometimes   :)

I've attached a mini-flyer I've been using and getting about 3% success. (Not sure where attachments appear on this board.)

I fit 8 on an A4 sheet, and because they're so small I use bright coloured paper so people won't miss them on their doormat. They're not great for building up an image, but they seem to work as 'guerilla' advertising.
Don't recognise people?

Only 8 ?
16+ I put all my details on and use them as cards/invoices etc. Black on Yellow/gold Is natures warning sign and they do stand out. 3% is pretty good.

I like this idea a LOT and have adapted it to suit us.

we have quite an extensive marketing campaign planed and  part of it was to increase clean numbers in the streets we are already in so that we can dump the ones that are either alone or part of a small cluster.

We have now re-worded it slightly and included our company name.

we have decided not to include a price in ours as we live in an area where most estates are the new type and contain a mixture of properties so its impractical.

THANKS  THOUGH - saved me a big job.
