had my brodex system just over 12 months now , apparantly it comes with a 3 year guarantee , and my manifold has been leaking for a while now , costing me lost water each day , the nights are getting lighter and im getting busy so on wednsday i rang john [ who i normally deal with ] pop down friday lunchtime mate and we will sort it out , great i finish handy on fridays anyway , so i called down today at 11 30 am , john comes out and asks how things  are going etc etc , next thing 2 fellas come out  armed up to the teeth with spanners , rip out the whole manifold and replace the lot , me being a cheeky scouser i ask if they can have a look at my pole as a couple of nuts need replaceing on the clamps [ 12 months and thats the only wear an tear ] anyway cut a long story short , half hour later im in kirkby town centre shopping with the missus , so well done to john an the gang at BRODEX you got yourself a very happy customer , a perfect start to the weekend [ except for the damn shopping trip of course]
