Do you clear the downpipes if they are blocked included in the price or is this an extra?  I clean out the swan neck but any further would be an extra charge any advice appretiated Thanks

thats what i do,

yep clear is to including the swan neck and quoted as such

downpipes would be extra and thus far if thats blocked it's usually a soakaway issue

so choices offered are to get in a builder to dig up the garden etc...  or cut the pipe and fit a shoe
