Property 1 - £50 as a 1 off.  £30 bi monthly

Property 2 - £60 as a 1 off. £35 bi monthly

Property 2 seems to have a fair bit more glass with the large conny.

£55.00 first clean/£35.00 bi-monthly for both properties.

On a regular basis both properties would be done and dusted, including setting up, in 30 minutes easily.

You have to love the internet.

The cheaper of the houses was a B & B, below is a link for the reviews. Ouch!

+1, may be £100 the pair 1st time.

But Dan the man says

£ 70 the pair 1st time and then   £60 thereafter.
